TEACHING AND MENTORSHIP

Developing future clinicians across every stage of medical training.

Drawing on specialist clinical experience and a Master's in Surgical Education from Imperial College London, Dr. Loizou has played an active role in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education.

 

His master's research explored the educational experiences of ENT fellowships and the learning theories that underpin specialist surgical training - an academic foundation that continues to influence his approach to teaching and mentorship.

His work includes peer-reviewed publications, medical textbook chapters, research leadership and peer review for the Royal College of Surgeons of England, reflecting an ongoing commitment to advancing evidence-based practice and the continued development of Head & Neck Surgery.
